Production Capabilities
Both plants use similar production equipment and, with a few exceptions, are capable of producing layflat tubing and sheeting ranging from as narrow as 1 inch all the way up to 60 inches wide. Both facilities stock a wide variety of polyethylene resins including High Clarity and Fractional Melt LDPE's, Butene, Super Hexene, Octene and Metallocene LLDPE's, EVA's and HDPE. This potent combination of equipment and materials enables Dallas Plastics to provide a wide array of both high quality conventional and higher performing films. View Various Film Types.
